Make sure you keep flossing (or start, if you don't)...and keep those 6 month visits. It'll keep getting a bit easier each time. In the office I worked in, we would often give our anxious patient a mild sedative if they wanted it which would wear off near the end of the appointment time. That could be an option for you.
