We've had quite a trying time with Pooch. He's decided to be just as finicky as That-Cat-He-Thinks-He-Is and is refusing food. One of the sideways symptoms of his liver failure is that now he's hypoglycemic. We HAVE to get him to eat or deal with seizures. So, we pulled out the feeding syringe and have been force-feeding him four to five times a day!
Hopefully, Mette will be back in her office this week and can pull some rabbit from the deep recesses of her magic hat.

Pardon my ignorance. I never realised dogs would have hypoglcaemic conditions. What symptoms? Similar to humans?
The way the vet explained it to us, The liver is what produces glucose. The brain requires glucose to function, so liver failure can produce seizures.
This is just one of the many symptoms.
It's amazing how close dog and human bodies are.
I think my farm roots are showing, but 15 years is a good long run....maybe your pup is trying to tell you something?!

completely understandable that you aren't up for a What's Cooking ... wish I had some ideas to offer to help with the finiky eater ... will continue to send loving thoughts for a miraculous recovery. :)
Aww...poor Pooch.I am glad at least he is surrounded by so much care and love.
I hope she will pull this rabbit.
