Who doesn't love breakfast? And who wouldn't want it made ahead, freezable, and reheatable, too? That's what you'll get with this delicious and easy oatmeal recipe.
Baked Oatmeal
Serves 10
Preheat oven to 350 degrees

1/2 C unsweetened applesauce
3/4 C sugar (or Splenda)
2 C skim milk
1 T baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salk

1 C raisins

what a fabulous idea! i must admit that i've never heard of baked oatmeal, but whoever thought of it is a genius! and yes, i definitely like the idea of putting some half-and-half on top!! :)
Oh, my! Looks delicious!
That looks yum...I'd try it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top...yummy!
I'm not a big breakfast person unless it is leftovers from the night before...
BUT this looks like something my kids would like warmed with Ice Cream on top...I'll use fat free to keep it healthy!!
are you sure that isn't a recipe for dessert? :)
